# Aether-X Oracle Engine - Terms of Service & API Usage Agreement

## 1. Algorithmic Data & No Investment Advice
The predictive signals, congestion scores, and delay estimations provided via the Aether-X API are generated purely through mathematical algorithms, statistical models, and public telemetry data (AIS and public port line-ups). 


**DISCLAIMER:** Under no circumstances shall Aether-X or its operators be held liable for any financial losses, missed market positions, trading damages, or operational delays resulting from the use of this data. The signals are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.


## 2. API Access & Pay-Per-Query Execution
* Access to the API endpoints is strictly authorized via cryptographic tokens or marketplace proxies (e.g., RapidAPI, Web3 Oracles).
* Execution fees are settled dynamically on a Pay-Per-Query or micro-payment basis.
* Rate limits are enforced programmatically. Excessive or abusive calls violating system health will result in automated IP throttling.


## 3. Intellectual Property
All predictive algorithms, weight vectors, and compiled database structures remain the exclusive property of the Aether-X Oracle Engine project.
